Fascial Release

Your fascia is a connective tissue that has an appearance similar to a spiders web or a sweater. It is a densely woven covering that surrounds every muscle, bone, nerve, artery and organ. Trauma-physical or emotional- and the inflammatory response can cause fascial restrictions which restrict motion and can produce pain.

Fascial release is a dry hands on technique which applies a gentle sustained pressure into the restriction. In releasing the restriction, range of motion is restored and pain is reduced or eliminated.
